The story is set in London at the end of the 19th century. A new task has been assigned to Team White Pigeon, a group of spies from the Commonwealth. It is a delivery of a used bookstore owner to the Commonwealth. Ange, Dorothy and Chise successfully recapture the owner, who had been held in a detention center by the Kingdom. Meanwhile, the "spy hunt" became more intense in the Kingdom following an assassination attempt on the queen, and tension is strained at Control in the Commonwealth. Control speculates that the spy who has dispatched to the royal family might be a "double agent." To find out the truth, they order Team White Pigeon to contact with the spy, whose codename is "Bishop." How their new mission will be accomplished? And who is "Bishop"?

One day, Koyomi Araragi encounters the horrifying vampire, Kiss-shot Acerola-orion Heart-under-blade A.K.A. the "King of Apparitions." He saves the fatally wounded Kiss-shot by offering his blood at the expense of his own life as a human. While Conan and the other invited guests are watching, an assailant suddenly bursts in, and Detective Wataru Takagi, who was trying to protect Sato, is injured. Takagi survived and the situation was settled, but in Sato's eyes, the image of the grim reaper that she had seen when Detective Matsuda, the man she had been in love with, had been killed in a series of bombings three years ago, overlapped with Takagi's.

Police officers around Tokyo are being murdered by an unknown assailant. When Ran witnesses an attempt on the life of one of her friends in the police, she loses her memory. Now, Conan and Inspector Megure must find the murderer while Ran attempts to regain her lost memories.

An urban legend says that lighting fireworks at an abandoned airfield will beckon the "summer ghost," a spirit that can answer any question. Three teenagers, Tomoya, Aoi, and Ryo, each have their own reason to show up one day. When a ghost named Ayane appears, she reveals she is only visible to those "who are about to touch their death." Compelled by the ghost and her message, Tomoya begins regularly visiting the airfield to uncover the true purpose of her visits.
